You can wear a simple pirate costume like the drawing on this page with a bandana tied around your
head, a vest, short striped pants, and no shoes or you can try this elaborate costume which includes:
An oversized tri-corner hat worn over a long scarlet sash tied around the forehead. Or sport a skull
embellished do-rag around your head.
A long sleeved shirt in white or black that laces up at the neck. Make sure it also has a nice
ruffled neck and sleeves.
A wide belt around your waist with an appropriately large buckle. A wide sash tied around the waist
works as well.
A ruffled shirt and belt with a pair of black or black striped pants. Either straight legged or baggy
will work, as long as you can tuck them into your boots.
A pair of black or dark brown leather knee-high boots with a top that folds over.
A long weatherworn dark leather coat, or simply relish in the fabulous pirate look you have created
sans coat.
